Free user content generated through the service may be reviewed and published in community, gallery, or inspiration sections to showcase examples and demonstrate platform capabilities.

Paid users may receive additional publishing controls, subject to the selected plan and available features.

Content generated by free users may be retained on AI Professional Headshot Generator servers and may remain publicly accessible if approved for community display. Deletion requests for free user content may not be supported.

Paid users may have additional content management or deletion features, subject to the limitations of their subscription plan.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform, subject to these Terms of Service.

This license is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified in your subscription plan. You may not sublicense, lease, rent, or distribute the platform or any part of it.

Some platform features may require payment or a subscription. If you subscribe to paid services, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees and pricing at any time. You will be notified of pricing changes in advance where required.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately, and previously generated content may remain retained or published in accordance with these terms.

We make no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform and are not responsible for third-party content or links available through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability in connection with the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the platform in the last 12 months.
